The box thickness is 8 cm polyurethane insulation board. The box surface is made of 2 mm fiberglass material, which is corrosion-resistant and smooth. The internal structure of the box is made of galvanized pipes and frames. The insulation board is bonded with imported high-strength adhesive and pressed and heated by a 13.5-meter large mold. One-time vacuuming and 24-hour pressing and molding result in high box strength and good insulation performance. The box joints are bonded with high-density glue to achieve true sealing. The insulation performance is 2 to 3 times that of peers. The box is equipped with LED lights for convenient loading and unloading of goods at night. The bottom is made of aluminum checkered plate for wear resistance. The box door frame and lock are made of stainless steel, which is light, corrosion-resistant, clean, and beautiful. The door seals use encrypted flexible sealing strips to effectively prevent cold air leakage. The box is pasted with national standard 3M reflective plates with high brightness. Side marker lights are installed at the four corners of the box to ensure night driving safety. There is a side door for convenient unloading. The side bumper is bolted to the sub-beam, and in the event of a collision, it will not affect the box structure.
