The TPS5070XDYG6 power vehicle is a specialized vehicle built on an Iveco NJ1076ELC Type II chassis. It is equipped with a body, generator set, switchboard, winch, and power management system. Primarily used for major conferences, disaster relief, and emergency power rescue in important locations.
The power vehicle mainly consists of a Type II chassis, a soundproof body, a generator set, a cable winch, and a lighting system. It provides a 50kw emergency power supply. When a substation experiences a DC fault, it can provide 220V and 48V DC power. It can also simultaneously supply AC and DC power to the substation, quickly and effectively resolving power failures to ensure normal electricity usage.
Soundproof Body
The body is highly durable, absorbs and attenuates noise, and has composite functions of sound insulation, heat insulation, dust prevention, rain prevention, and shock prevention. By adopting a fully sealed body structure (except for the intake, exhaust, and exhaust ports), the operating noise of the unit can be effectively isolated and controlled. The body wall is filled with highly efficient sound-absorbing cotton, the outer wall is made of automotive aluminum alloy steel plate, and the inner wall is made of galvanized perforated steel plate. This allows the body wall to isolate noise while maximizing the absorption and attenuation of some noise, improving noise reduction. In addition, the joining position of the car door is also a key area for noise leakage and transmission, and is treated with elastic seals.
Generator Set
Generator Set Introduction
Using a T052000ET generator set, mainly composed of a diesel engine, a generator, a cooling water tank, and other parts. It adopts a dedicated, high-efficiency, weighted silencer unit box which is a combination type, convenient for installation and maintenance, with a sturdy structure. The chassis is a double-layer design and is equipped with shock absorbers. The T052000ET quiet diesel generator has the following advantages:
Quick power start, stable operation, low vibration, low fuel consumption, small size, compact structure, stable and reliable ignition.
The cylinder head uses alloy cast iron with a high degree of reinforcement, and uses an integral forged steel crankshaft and sliding bearings, making it compact, lightweight, and highly reliable.
The unit features a compact structure, large power reserve, high reliability, and good speed regulation performance.
Conditions of Use
Altitude: below 2000 meters, ambient temperature: -25~+50℃, indoor use with good ventilation, no chemically corrosive gases or conductive dust.

Cable Winch
The cable winch uses a custom-built, internal motor drive, which is lightweight and reliable. Different speed ratios can be selected according to the requirements of cable winding and unwinding of different specifications to achieve optimal operating effect. The operation is very simple and easy to use. It can conveniently and quickly wind and unwind cables, greatly reducing labor intensity.
Lighting System
The vehicle interior uses a safe low-voltage lighting system. LED lights are installed in the generator room and cable room, and the generator set is equipped with emergency lights to ensure lighting needs in emergencies.
Power Distribution Output System
A newly designed DC charger. When the substation transformer fails, it can provide 380V AC power. When the substation experiences a DC fault, it can provide 220V and 48V DC power, and can also simultaneously provide AC and DC power to the substation, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the substation.
